Paul,
I was playing with a Topaz filter. In the 'as shot" state, they all appear very red. Topaz was able to bring out a slightly maroon color in a few of the peppers which I liked.

Man I gotta tell you that when it comes to HOT and SPICY foods I am a embarrassment to mankind. I am such a tenderfoot that it would make you not be seen in public with me. BBQ sauce makes my eyes water. Were you trying to tonemap/HDR them or just playing around with a few filters in Lightroom? I do enjoy the colors, just don't ask me to consume any of them. Paul

We are fortunate to have a large Hmong population in the Minneapolis area. Many of them came here to farm, and as a result they contribute significantly to our farmer's market. You can see from the sign in the background that these are Thai peppers - very hot by most standards.

Some of those peppers look like they might be most, and I do mean most hot! Paul
