The Classics

Not only do I read the classics I like to watch them too, especially the BBC series. Here are a few I own and since I don't watch TV these have filled many hours over the years.

Thank you for the compact camera suggestions...I have made a list and will do some testing.

Hmm... Looks like a romantic collection, you shouldn´t see without a number of tissues. The image adds the right old time touch to it.

I watch BBC and have some favorite, including Top Gear (cars of course) and Dr. Who (I love Sci Fi) and Doc Martin (I love English comedy)

Congratulations on your excellent taste in not watching TV. I gave that up a number of years ago as well. There's only so long that you can have network executives metaphorically spit in your face with watermarks, network promos that cover half the screen, shows starting 20 minutes late, ad breaks that run forever, series being cancelled mid run, Kyle Sandilands, etc. They still seem to think that they have the captive audience that they had in the '60's, but today we have many other alternatives. It's much nicer to do your own programming.
