Photo show

These are judges studying a photo for the Australian Professional Photography Awards awards
Professional photographers from Australia and New Zealand compete for a number of industry
awards by submitting four images, which are judged by a panel of their peers.
It was interesting to watch doing their judging, it remembered me of us on P-base.
One of their objectives was what story tells a photo, apart from all the other stuff
like: texture, composition, lighting and so on

Canon PowerShot SX20 IS
1/20s f/2.8 at 5.2mm iso640 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Even judging has gotten so technological.

It would be very difficult to judge art or photography. Even the best technical skills do not make photos speak to us.

Interesting body language... and subject... well taken moment.

It certainly looks like they are scrutinizing whatever they are looking at. Judging is so subjective when it comes to photography! What one person likes, another will not, even though they both may be technically excellent. Such is life...
