The Oratory of SS. Sacramento along Via del Tritone is also known as the oratory of the Guardian (in memory of the demolished Church of the Guardian Angel), or Church of the Blessed Virgin and St. Joseph, but in essence it is the oratory of the church of Santa Maria in Street (located behind this building), built for the Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament between 1576 and 1596. In 1681 it was fully renovated in baroque forms, but in the eighteenth century, the building was completely redone with the collaboration of De Dominicis, Marchionni and Valadier, and when at the end of the nineteenth century was opened Via del Tritone, part of the building was demolished. Particularly elegant and lively façade is two orders with a play of concave and convex surfaces, with the lower order that has a beautiful portal and two pairs of columns supporting a high gable above which are located two statues of marble, the work of the eighteen century sculptor Paul Benavides, representing Faith and Hope. The interior has a single nave, has a beautiful altarpiece located on the main altar depicting the Holy Family, by Francesco Trevisani.
