Red-Osier Dogwood

The correct ID for this bush found in Delta Ponds is Red-Osier Dogwood. It is native to Oregon and the Northwest. I think it is surely beautiful. Thanks for the ID to Carrie and her experts at Eugene Parks. Others also identified it for me. Thanks all!
