Another video of mopeds impeding traffic. This happens quite often. As you see I BROKE the LAW by crossing over the sold yellow line to pass. Either do that or be a part of the traffic impedance problem.
I pray that our NC representatives will have compassion on those that have drivers license by making laws that will allow us to maintain the regulated speed and prevent dangerous situations on our roadways.
