Frogs along the trail

We went to the Cumberland Forest today along a trail that is largely muddy and damp, and with a lot of aquatic plants in many sections, hinting at flooding of the trail in spring. There were a number of frogs and this collage shows three different gray treefrogs, a wood frog (lower right) and a spring peeper (upper right), all juveniles.

This is a really nice collage. Frogs are becoming scarce around here - haven't seen any this summer (but then I might not be looking in the right places).

A very fine presentation of these charming Treefrogs. We only have one species here down the very south. V

Love these little frogs. My favourite frog is the tree frog and am so happy to hear him croak by my water barrel.
Mine are green like yours on the left but I did see a black one once.

WOW - I am so so jealous - I never get to see frogs any more (except the one Grey treefrog I saw last week) - fabulous shots of the wonderful critters! Love these! BV

This is such a nice idea. Love that you put them all together so we can see the differences between the species.
