Shot through glass. To eliminate the ghastly color cast of the glass all I did was open the RAW file in CS6 and in ACR I made the color temperature 5400 and moved the tint to +35. I then opened it in PS and adjusted the levels and increased saturation a little. This only took a couple of minutes.
