Summer must be making way for autumn. On a Friday evening in July, these benches would be full of people eating fish and chips.
Today, with showers and a brisk wind, you can have any bench you like.
Mack always loved the busy days, asking each person if they could spare a chip as he walked by.
I do miss that silly old dog.

I'm sure you do miss Mack.He was so much part of your life..a great friend. Imagine being here also had some great memories of good times. Like the way you have captured the repetitive lines of the seats ,railings and wall art...well done...V

Oh yes - you can't call him silly if he managed to get chips out of it... Know the feeling re missing oldies - I remember Archie making friends with the man at the next table at the Three Pilchards in Fowey. Sat there making sheeps' eyes until he got fed crab sandwiches. I can't go in there now without the pang of loss.
