This is the back side of the Boeing Employees Credit Union building in Tukwila, Washington (south of Seattle). Most customers never see it because the entrance and drive-in tellers are on the far side of the building. This side faces the Duwamish River and the Green River Trail (a paved path). I was riding my trike on the trail and stopped to take pictures.
