We caught the 12:10 bus to Canazei and arrived about 20-30 minutes later. Canazei, located in the scenic Val di Fassa, is quite the bustling mountain town. We were making our way to the tourist office to find lodging when we passed by a park. Norah was thrilled to find another zipline. I left Steve and Norah to play and went in search of lodging info. The tourist office was closed, but in the center of town they had a handy board with all the info. Canazei was more resort town than quaint mountain village, so I was hoping we wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for a room. We ended up at Hotel Oswald. While the rooms were okay and felt dated, it was well situated near the center of town, the price was right, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We settled in the room, cleaned up, then went out to explore Canazei. We couldn't resist this gelataria/pasticceria and stopped for some goodies.
