Gasteruptiid wasp, female

These wasps are tiny, (about 11 - 12 mm). This one is on a boneset flower. The 'neck', the very high abdomen,and the enlarged metatibiae are all characteristic of this wasp. They are sometimes called Carrot Wasps, although I am not sure why.
