We are required to carry this at all times while working, placed under glass in pilothouse. That is why it's so stained.
Soon after achieving the 300 ton, I took two more exams, Light List and Coastal Pilot, in order to upgrade to 500 tons. That endorsement is on the reverse side of this license.
