On Huayna Pichu at the top through the window, can be seen terraces. Huayna Pichu is higher than Macchu Pichu, consequently higher to get to and more stress on the bod. These terraces are reached from behind the view shown here, which ,makes getting from one spot to the other an extra effort - not 'simply' just down then up again, but down and around and up.
