P1050166

Plenteous and untimely rain has made it a challenging year for many New Hampshire farmers.

Fortunately the weather pattern has at last begun to alter somewhat, allowing for some rather late first cut hay to be made.

Very interesting. So different than Colorado, we just finished our
third cutting. I'm glad this hay made it through the rain.
Wonderful capture of haying in action.

A familiar sight around my place, but the weather has been quite
dry. A really great action shot of that flying bale! V

What a catch! I believe I see Caspian's name on that flying bale of hay. Great rural scene. V

Nice timing, Kevin :)
What I have noticed and heard this warm summer has been almost excellent for our farmers, with well timed rains.

This is exactly what our farmers are busy with these days... A very nice capture! V.

I live in farm country and I would never want to be in a business that was dependent on the weather!!
