17 July, 2013 -- I had begun driving in the rain, lightning, and thunder the night before, having hoped to have reached much farther north than the Hwy. 26 rest stop east of Arco before stopping to sleep. But never mind--the morning provided this glorious sunrise, a wonderful interpretive sign about the sagebrush steppe, and a sumptuous breakfast at Pickle's in Arco.
