Domäne Bill used to be an estate with a small village and a church. In 1651 it got temporarily separated
from the rest of Juist bij a flood. And in 1717 the big 'Weihnachtsflut' (Christmas flood) destroyed
9 of the 18 houses in the village and the church, 28 people drowned.
That was the end of Bill village. The survivors of the flood moved to Loog village.
