Jan, Shari and I on the hike from Sallent de Gallego to Sandinies. We started with a 1500' elevation over the first four miles of the hike as we climbed from the village of Sallent de Gallego to the col just below the peak of Punta del Pacino. This was Day 5 - roughly 10 miles under fairly tough conditions.
