Apparently this dog can go for a walk by himself.
I guess he just brings the guy along to pick up the poop.
I'm not sure that bag is going to be big enough.
Meanwhile across the street a cat is being walked.

That is one gigantic dog and the owner seems oblivious to him. Super candid. I can't believe a cat would ever tolerate a leash but there it is. V.
