Summers Brown

view map

From the hotter east side of the San Francisco Bay
My thermometer read 100 degrees F in the direct sunlight.

I turned around at half way up Monument peak to return to the shady parking lot.

These brown tones are still beautiful though. Especially against the blue sky and mountains. I don't blame you for getting out of the heat. V.

Wow. What a difference from the usual lush green of the hillsides. Still, a nice view, Bryan.

A great view from the mountain. It's hot here too, good time to stay close to the coast.
