I went for a 20 mile cycle around parts of East Lothian, partly on minor roads and partly along the John Muir Way footpath.
Along the way is this ford across the river (there is also a bridge) but the water was cooling after cycling some distance.
Then I rewarded myself with a cake from the nearby coffee shop, before cycling back home.
