This Handhills Lake, the first view when you come in from the Northwest. Shot at 845am. This is where the Oldest longest running Stampede in Canada Originated. Very flat and green at this time of the year...Very few trees, lots of small bushes... I try to make the Handhills Stampede each year.. generally the first weekend in June..
