In the early morning hours, despite calls from others NOT to do so, demonstrators set yet another fire. For days, anti-government protesters had clashed with police over plans to raze Gezi Park. Finally, on the afternoon of the 5th day, the police withdrew and thousands filled adjacent Taksim Square.
