This portrait allegedly shows a man who once lived in this building. It is not painted at all, but simply chipped right into the plastered wall,
revealing the gray concrete underneath the otherwise white painting. You can even see the plaster debris still lying on the ground alongside the building.
A true piece of art, if you ask me!
