Originally located atop a Pepsi-Cola bottling plant, this 120 ft by 60 ft neon sign was designed in 1936 by Artkraft Strauss, who also designed many signs on Times Square. As this industrial area is developed into residential high-rises, its waterfront is incorporated into the Gantry Plaza State Park.
