Dog-strangling vine (Cynanchum rossicum)

AKA DSV or pale swallowwort. The frost of over a week ago, caused much frost burn on thousands of DSV plants. These ones are still looking beaten down, compared to others at FWG where the frost did not hit (protected sites), which are growing quickly, and looking tall and vigorous.

What we need is some clever inventor to design a type of frost wand that could freeze these plants and others we dont like. If the temperature was low enough it might kill them. It would have to be pretty big however so lots of them could be frozen at once since they are so prolific. I am afraid this solution will remain in my imagination.
