Found several of these in Larose Forest. There were scores of Beaverpond Baskettails, a few Dot-tailed Whitefaces, Chalk-fronted Corporals, and these guys, one of the most beautiful when they are fresh and golden, but turning brown with age.

we used to see a lot of "mosquito hawks" as we labeled all of them back in Louisiana. Though we have a small pond, we don't see too many up here in rural north Texas
