I've been given the clear to start working out again and being able to do my Hapkido. I tore a muscle under my arm a few weeks ago and I couldn't do much and was told to stop working out for a bit. Has been hard but I now have healed up enough that I can go back to class but I have to be careful. I think I can do that. I need to get back into it not only for my body, but my mind as well. It keeps me focused. I need focus right now. Lots going on in my life but I have no complaints. I look at each day as a blessing and a gift. Only way to live in my opinion.
