the Tropic of Cancer, currently
at 23° 26ʹ 15•143″ North is also on the move (it’s moving south at the same rate as the
Tropic of Capricorn is moving north). The Mexicans have shown this by way of signs
as shown in the photo, which I found on the net, below. We could do this in Australia.

Carretera 83 (Vía Corta) Zaragoza-Victoria, Km 27+800. In all crossings of the Tropic of Cancer
with Mexican federal highways, this is the only place where the latitude is marked with
absolute precision and where the annual drift between 2005 and 2010 can be appreciated.
