I watched this cyclist ride in and out of traffic until he paused for the light at this major intersection.

He wore earphones plugged into who knows what, had no helmet and this brief attire.
He was skilled but reckless...glad he didn't meet a road hazard.
Sure wished he'd stop at stop signs though.
