That wire got wrapped around that pole back in June of 1996 by the car that hit Brian Kupetz as he walked out of Isabel design. The wire was a support wire that angled from the pole and anchored into the ground. Almost 13 years later as I type this and it still hasn't been fixed. Not that I really care. Just trivia.
