South of Beaumont,Alberta

The starkness of winter around this monument is a bitter reminder of 4 young lives lost.It is located at the intersection on the highway where these 4 teens lost their lives on Sept.6,2003.Every time I pass this monument just south of our town I am saddened by the reminder.

There is a similar scene about 10 miles from my home (5 teen girls lost their lives several years ago). May all of these young people rest in peace.
