Very good arrangement. Having the tractor off to the left provides plenty of room for the birds across the right two thirds of the frame, and there's a sense of movement not only in the birds but in the way the driver seems to be turning around to look at them.
I have always thought there is an excellent picture to be had with gull following a tractor, I have never managed it, but you have proved it -great shot.
