KTM 300 Colored Power Valve Spring Comparison- None Red Yellow Green with PV Screw Near Midpoint

Running the Red colored secondary spring produced the best power in these tests, and is shown with red graph lines.
The Yellow colored secondary spring is the yellow graph line, and reduces power by holding the power valve down to a degree between 5600rpm and 8000rpm.
The Green colored secondary spring results are shown with the green line, and significantly reduce peak torque from 5600rpm to 8500rpm. This is a major drop in power and makes the motor feel flat and governed as a result of the exhaust not being able to escape fast enough. The power delivery is much like an older 2-stroke enduro with porting for torque but not top-end.
The secondary spring was removed completely and resulted in a small drop in power 5600-6600rpm, shown with black lines.
