Here's a close up of the adapters to go from the smaller gray water pipe to a standard bayonet fitting. Since I was already invested in the bayonet fittings and hoses for my gray water connections, I just stayed with that. Most of the new stuff is white PVC from the home improvement store that I painted to help it blend in, with the exception of the bayonet fitting, which came black.

You can just see a bit of the silver of the hose clamp and rubber cap on the old discharge, where the gray used to connect.
