Twilight Constellations

Lake Hemet, California

Taken at twilight with the sky not quite dark, stretching through the skies from top to bottom are the dipper-shaped Open Cluster "Seven Sisters" Pleiades, the dazzeling Giant Planet Jupiter, the V-shaped Open Cluster "Haydes", Constellation "Orion the Hunter", and Constellation Canis Major, with the brightest star in the sky, Sirius. On the left edge of the image are the Gemini Twins, Castor and Pollux.
