Thank you very much, Hal, Pat, Terry, and Michael! Regarding the "spokes", those black stripes ar actually the gap between the lights that didn't get filled during the long exposures. It turns very slowly and was stopping to let people out so I didn't quite get a full turn. Which also was a good thing as I was able to get the heart in the shot as well since it stopped long enough to not blur that part of the lights.
