Drain cleaning

We don't have much in the way of entertainment/excitement in Bondleigh so when something does happen the locals turn out in their.... umm 1's Well I was there too ;)

This blockage, being cleared by the Highways Dept was created by... the Highways Dept. Sigh! At least the stream won't back up and cause a flood as it runs about 3' from the side of the house.

I always remember the same excitement when the 'sludge gulper' came into the playground!

I think this is better shot than you realise as the arrow is pointing at the action/ well the area where there is the centre of focus and attention.
Also you have the suction arm pointing to the same area.
The Red Yellow and blue contrast well with the rustic scene.
Well done Ann.

Sharp shot of this essential work, Ann
(I think I went through Bondleigh once! I lived in Exeter and did quite a bit of work in mid-Devon.)

It's a dirty job but someone's gotta do it! Love the colors! They really pop!

It's a very colorful scene with the equipment and work clothes. Nice capture to brighten a rainy day.

Your weather looks just as yukky as ours today!

The colours certainly brighten up a dull day, although without the vehicle I can see this would have been a nice image.

Oh, unpleasant memories, we have had one of those tankers in our garden....
But I'm glad it caused a momentary diversion for you and your neighbours.
