1893 Benz Vis-a-Vis

Mercedes Benz Museum, Stuttgart Germany

The "Victoria" and "Vis-a-Vis" were the first four-wheeled "cars" from Karl Benz.
Both had an advanced steering system with turning front wheels (developed by Benz himself)
which enabled the car to travel safer around corners at top speed.
1-cylinder, 1726 cc, 3-horsepower @ 450 RPM, 18 km/h top speed
