Curio Bay.

Curio Bay, Southland view map

Visitors get close to the edge at Curio Bay. At low tide you can wander through 170 million year old petrified trees. There is a colony of Yelloweye penguins in the area and Hectors Dolphins live in Waikawa Bay, close by.
