What if.... the Pennybacker Bridge had lights? As a student at the University of Texas many years ago, I fondly remember "day trips" out to the 360 Bridge and sitting on the overlook that surveys the river and downtown Austin. I also wondered what the Austin brdge would look like if it had lights. So here is my version! Someday, maybe?
