I stamped an image on Ivory cardstock using a stamp from

called "Cardinals" I used Water color pens to color the image.
I then added Liquid Pearl to the center of the flowers and covered
the image with Glossy Accent. This was cut with a circle die and
backed with a red Scalloped die cut coated with Glossy Accent on
the edges. This was placed on an embossed ivory cardstock background
and added to a red card. A greeting plate that was backed with an
oval die cut in red with Glossy Accent edges was placed on the
bottom of the card.
