This bloom was taken inside the solar room in my home where the plant grows with a bunch of other house plants. The background was actually rather busy. I didn't move the Christmas Cactus away from the surrounding plants. However by working with natural lighting (which was kind to me) and the camera settings, I was able to capture this image as you see it.

The photograph is also the product of a little bridge camera shot at full out zoom.
Yes, I just got the new replacement for my stolen FZ200. And I'm enjoying my "new" camera as much as I enjoyed the first new FZ200 back in September.
