Just weeks before this photo was taken, Hurricane Sandy has plowed through the Bahamas with a vengeance before turning northwards and hammering the north east seaboard of the US, especially New York. The seas were still heavy as they smashed into the outer and inner reefs of the remote cays of the Abaco region of the Bahamas. Great action shots for me, but hard on the marine life.
