I like to cook. I also like to use my own recipes. So every once in a while I get something on my mind that needs to be made, and today it was chili. There are many kinds of chili. There are a lot of people who are good chili makers. There is no one great style of chili. The one thing I do know, however, it that THERE ARE NO BEANS IN CHILI, DAMMIT. SO I had a look at a few recipes online to get a feel for what I wanted to do. The objective was a hot dog type chili, you know, the red they put on a frankfurter. So I started to assemble the ingredients that I thought would yield a good batch of chili and commenced to start to begin to whip up a batch. It turned out great! Ginny and I had a big bowl garnished with some sour cream for dinner. The best news, however, is that there is a bunch left over for dinner tonight!
