It was 28 degrees as I stood along the dam at Horestooth Reservoir at 6:54 pm. I had this impulse to drive up there and get in a few night shots of the lights of Fort Collins. Of course the wind decided to blow so any sharp images was impossible and the wind went right through my pants. I do not have many images like this in my archives and learned a couple of things. I needed to wear wind pants next time.
