The vivid orange of this cinnabar polypore caught my eye today. One of the few hits of colour now that the leaves have fallen.

This is so pretty, Christine! Do you think we have this in PA? I saw really bright orange fungus near Penn State this past spring but couldn't get close enough to photograph it.
