Store/Cafe When Grease Rack Was By Hwy 117

J.D. Williams had his cafe in this bldg. but apparently had gas and grease rack there also. The groceries at the time, it is said, were across the street in what later would become the cafe. Bit confusing, huh? Daddy (J.D. Williams) ran this place (Cafe & Rooms) and Uncle Royce Williams ran the store across the street (next to W.L. Wells Store). Later the groceries were brought across the street and the cafe in this bldg. was discontinued. Picture seems to be taken from porch of house of Mr. D.T. Wilcox.
