Krka National Park is one of the Croatian national parks, named after the river Krka that it encloses. Skradinski buk is one of the most attractive parts of the park. It is a massive, clear, natural pool with high waterfalls at one end and cascades at the other. Similar to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the waterfalls found in Krka are also karstic with numerous segments and tiers of cascades and waterfalls weaving their way between ponds, vegetation, and even a tiny (albeit made-for-tourists) village in this particular instance.
