Scrap ready for recycling

A lot of steel and other metals find Dutch Harbor to be the end of the trail. So scrap metal accumulates here. Gone are the days when it can all be taken three miles out on a barge and dumped. A recycler has been working hard to collect as much scrap as possible. Here is some of his handiwork, packaged up and compacted for transport to Seattle.
